We offer personalized and empathetic companionship for growth, helping you navigate life's complexities, gain new perspectives, and enhance your overall happiness.

We understand that each individual is unique. Therefore, instead of traditional coaching, we emphasize supported self-exploration. This approach allows you to discover the most suitable way to achieve your goals and find your own path and purpose.

Our programme is rooted in evidence-based and scientifically supported concepts and skills. We provide you with practical strategies to enhance your wellbeing and equip you with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions.

How does it work

  • Schedule a free 20-minute consultation call to discuss your interest and get more information about the Programme.
  • Choose your preferred Programme Plan and begin your sessions at the next available time slot.
  • It is recommended to meet weekly or bi-weekly at the same day and time throughout the chosen duration. If you sign up for a long-term plan, we can discuss adjusting the meeting time based on schedule availability.
  • Depending on your chosen plan, the first 1-3 sessions will involve discussing your reasons for joining the program and your desired goals. Your wellbeing companion will then collaborate with you to develop an initial growth plan. The growth plan can be adjusted as needed based on your progress.
  • Sessions will be conducted online using Google Meet.
  • Each session lasts for 50 minutes.
  • To ensure the quality of the sessions, please attend them in a quiet and private environment.
  • Language: English / Cantonese / Mandarin
  • Your information and our discussion during the sessions are strictly confidential. (With exception of certain specific situations*)

Programme Plans

Short-term: issue-focused (approximately 7 - 10 sessions)

  • Relationship: address issues with your relationships with others, such as family, friends, partner, colleagues, etc.
  • Emotional distress: deal with situations like breakup, grief, study/work stress, etc.
  • Career/Life direction: explore and find clarity in your career or life path.

Long-term: personal growth and exploration

  • Holistic wellbeing improvement: explore all aspects of life, enhance overall well-being in various aspects.
  • Understanding childhood development and adulthood: gain insights into how your childhood and family have influenced your development and values.
  • Improving mindfulness and awareness/consciousness: cultivate mindfulness and increase self-awareness.
  • Finding life purpose: discover and align with your life's purpose.
