- If you decide to work with us, choose your preferred Programme Plan and begin your sessions at the next available time slot.
- It is recommended to meet weekly or bi-weekly at the same day and time throughout the chosen duration. If you sign up for a long-term plan, we can discuss adjusting the meeting time based on schedule availability.
