Hong Kong Orders

We offer free local shipping within Hong Kong for orders totalling net HKD 600 or more (after discounts).

For orders under HKD 600, a delivery fee of HKD 50 will be automatically added at checkout.

Additional Surcharges may apply for bulky items, oversized products, or deliveries to remote locations.

Remote Locations include but are not limited to:

  • Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley
  • Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau
  • Lantau Island South (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O)

Shipping Cost for Re-delivery Requests

If a parcel is rejected during initial delivery and re-delivery is requested, any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Processing & Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for order processing before shipment. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it should typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the ship date.

Delivery to Remote Locations may take longer than standard delivery times.

Pre-orders

When you pre-order, you're reserving a product currently in transit to our fulfillment center. Your payment will be processed immediately, and we will dispatch the product as soon as it is available.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. For tracking, please visit the carrier’s website or use the tracking link provided in the email.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or if it gets lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receiving the order. We will assist you with the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.

International Orders

For customers outside Hong Kong, including Mainland China and other regions worldwide, please contact us at info@inavibehk.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Duties and Taxes

We do not collect duties and taxes on your order. These are determined and collected by your local customs authority. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s customs and import regulations.

Holiday or Peak Season Delays

Please note that during holidays or peak seasons, shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

General Terms

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer on the purchase order. Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery information provided. ina.vibe cannot be held responsible for errors in data entry and any resulting delays or delivery errors. Any additional costs incurred for re-shipping due to incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.

ina.vibe is not liable for delivery delays caused by carrier errors or disruptions (including strikes affecting mail services, transportation, and communications).
