Hi, I’m Natalie — a therapist trained in psychology, coaching, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and energy practices. I believe everyone deserves a grounded space where they feel safe, seen, and supported. My role isn’t to give you answers, but to walk with you — helping you clarify thoughts, understand your emotions, and take aligned action.
