每個人都有能力釐清內在的混亂,找到屬於自己的步調與方向。我想做的,就是在你面對生活壓力、情緒困擾或人生卡點時,提供一個安全的空間,讓你可以安心停下來,看見真正的需要。
我的專業不只是傾聽,更結合心理學、教練技巧、正念與身心學等實證工具,陪你探索感受、梳理思緒,轉化困境為行動力,找回內在平衡與自在感。

I believe real change isn’t just about willpower, it starts with understanding yourself.
Everyone can untangle inner confusion and rediscover their own pace and direction. My role is to offer a grounded and caring space to pause, reflect, and see what truly matters.
Beyond listening, I bring evidence-based tools from psychology, coaching, mindfulness, and somatic work to help you explore feelings, clarify thoughts, and turn challenges into meaningful action to restore balance and ease.
