什麼是靈氣?| What is Reiki?

靈氣是一種古老的自然療法,通過適當的手法,療癒師以輕觸或不觸碰的方式以靈氣疏通接收者體內的能量阻塞,減少壓力、促進深度放鬆,並提升身體的平衡與和諧。

靈氣在全球越來越受到認可和接受,在澳洲、美國、英國、巴西和墨西哥等國家的醫療和社區護理機構中均有不同程度的應用,其中包括醫院、臨終關懷和癌症支持中心等。

Energy, in the context of our bodies and emotions, refers to the subtle, invisible force that animates and sustains us. Here are some practical examples:

  • When we are tired, we often say we are "out of battery" or have a low energy level.
  • When we are sad, it can feel like our heart is heavy or blocked.
  • When we are angry, we might feel breathless or a tightness in our chest.

Consultation: We begin with a video consultation to understand your needs and intentions for the session.

Healing Session: You will find a comfortable place to relax while the practitioner channels Reiki energy to you from a distance.

Experience: As the healing energy flows, the experience is unique to the person and to that point in time. Apart from a sense of deep relaxation, you may experience sensations of warmth, cold, or tingling. Some may see colours or images which may have meaning to them. Many clients report feeling a sense of peace and clarity after the session.

Integration: We conclude with a brief discussion to help you integrate the experience and provide guidance for further self-care.
